Customer Relationship Account Management – SMB Sales
About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Customer Relationship Manager to join the team. The role is both challenging and varied. Working knowledge of IT and experience in Account Management are preferred. However, we will provide training for the right person.

What you will do

Apply through Seek. You will be responsible for

  • An existing set of Accounts.
  • Leading technical discussions and determining the right solution to solve the customer’s business problems. This will involve quarterly business reviews.
  • Interacting and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Creating and checking quotes for technical accuracy.
  • Meeting with and determining changes required to a client environment. Create a proposal outlining the requirements and business benefits of the proposed solutions.
  • Provide any Competitive positioning needed to win the deal.
  • Develop and sell innovative Cloud Solutions to existing SMB customers.
  • Clear, concise communication with both clients and senior engineers
Business Development Manager
About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to join the team. The role is both challenging and varied. Working knowledge of IT and experience in Business Development are required.

What you will do

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Building – Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, focusing on the Commercial Sector
  • Sales and Quoting – Actively pursue new business opportunities by preparing comprehensive sales pitches and quotes tailored to client needs
  • Project and Client Management – Oversee the client relationship from the initial contact, quoting stage and ultimately through to project completion
  • Strategic Contributions – Collaborate with the entire team to refine and enhance the sales process, maximising the benefits to clients and to the company
  • Reporting – Keeping the team regularly informed and up to date with opportunities by the extensive use of the CRM system
