You Must Have

  • An Interest in Technology. Rebuilding PC, playing with operating systems. networking computers. Setup your home wifi.
  • You must be undertaking study or be prepared to undertake a TAFE course part itme.
  • A highly motivated attitude and a keenness to learn

You will be Responsible for

  • Level One helpdesk support tasks. This involves taking calls, lodging tickets and completing level one tickets
  • Setting up equipment including laptops, workstations, wireless devices, telephones, switches etc prior to onsite deployment.
  • Attending on site both in a solo capacity deploying workstations
  • Attending onsite assisting senior engineers
  • Setting up of users on the Microsoft M365 Stack. This will include additiosn, deletions and password resets.
  • Meeting client SLA’s and KPI measurements
  • Clear concise communication with both clients and other engineers
  • Identifying areas of improvement at client locations and alerting our account management team.
  • Reporting on tasks achieved and issues identified.

Essential technical Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of Windows 10/11
  • Know how to install printers
  • Know how to setup emails
  • Know how to patch workstations and Laptops
  • Know how to network your PC at home
  • Troubleshoot skills
